Issuing a card

Before you confirm, Unlockd shows a quote: what your USDT balance pays, each fee, the conversion rate and how long the price is valid.

The issuance price includes a starting balance on the new card. That starting balance is on the card itself; it is not added to your USDT balance.

Loading a card

Enter how much USD the card should receive. The quote shows what the card receives and what your USDT balance pays. If the quote expires, ask for a new one — an expired price is never used.

A load may take a moment to be confirmed by the card provider. The request page updates on its own. If the outcome is still being confirmed, do not submit the load again.

Card details

Your card number, expiry and security code are shown only when you ask, on your own card screen: either in the card provider’s secure view, or fetched from the card provider for one minute after you confirm it’s you (sign in again on the website, or reopen Unlockd from Telegram). Unlockd does not store them, and support will never ask for them.

Freezing and closing

You can freeze a card to stop new purchases and unfreeze it later. Status changes are confirmed with the card provider, and there is a short wait between changes.

Closing a card is not available in Unlockd yet.
