Signing in

Choose one way to sign in

You can use Unlockd with a verified email and password, or with Telegram. You do not need both. You can add the other method later from your security settings.

If you use Telegram only, Unlockd does not ask you for an email address.

Telegram Mini App sessions

For your security, a session in the Telegram Mini App lasts 15 minutes. Reopen Unlockd from Telegram to continue. Requests you already confirmed keep going on our side.

If you lose access

Email customers can reset their password from the sign-in page using their verified email.

If you sign in only with Telegram and lose access, contact support. Recovery needs proof that you control the account; it is never based on a name, a screenshot or card details.
